Clear and Objective Design Standards

HB 1293 requires local jurisdictions to adopt only clear and objective design standards with no subjective criteria and limits design review to one public meeting. Staff acknowledged uncertainty about practical implementation and whether the Design Review Board can continue in its current form under this requirement.
