This map was set up to show the FAILED ANNEXATIONS of Bellingham, since 2005's Comprehensive Plan, the amount of property OWNED by the COB, and finally, where housing was built since 2005.
It also includes EVERY PROPERTY NOT PURCHASED in the "UGA GROWTH" areas to show they never had any intention of annexing anything.
It is interactive and you can zoom in and click on the different areas.
