Resolution requesting federal hazard mitigation grant release

Resolution calling on Washington State officials and congressional delegation to pressure DHS to release approved HMGP funds that have been stalled at cabinet level for six months. Council Member Scanlon will coordinate with congressional delegation and governor's office to advocate for fund release.
