Committee Chair and Vice Chair Appointments

Elected Jessica Rienstra as Committee Chair by 5-2 vote and appointed Ben Elenbaas and Kaylee Galloway as co-Vice Chairs by unanimous 7-0 vote. This was an organizational matter to establish leadership for the expanded 7-member committee.
