Code Amendments Package

Package of 11 code amendments including well placement in cluster subdivisions and resort commercial density regulations. Committee held extended discussion with concerns raised about Amendment #3 (well placement) and Amendment #6 (resort commercial density). Scheduled for introduction at Council meeting with Chair Elenbaas to provide alternative language options.
