Healthy Children's Fund Implementation Plan 2025-2026

Presentation and discussion of draft HCF implementation plan for 2025-2026 maintaining current funding allocation priorities based on community feedback. Council directed staff to explore advancing 2026 General Fund food bank money to 2025 and prepare budget supplemental language. Item will return to full Council in two weeks for adoption.
