Healthy Children's Fund Implementation Plan

Council reviewed draft implementation plan for Healthy Children's Fund covering 2025-2026, featuring 10 strategies for early learning/childcare and vulnerable children support. Council provided policy feedback through interactive workshop with dot voting on strategies and discussed funding allocation proposals. Input will be incorporated into revised plan returning for formal adoption in fall 2025.
