Justice Center Owner's Representative Selection and Scope

Discussion of the Justice Center project scope of work and selection of STV as the owner's representative through an RFQ process. STV was unanimously selected based on expertise in criminal justice, behavioral health facilities, and alternative delivery methods. Original project budget is $155 million with final cost estimates to be developed over coming months and determined by 2026.
