Reorganization of the Whatcom County Council for 2025

Annual reorganization meeting establishing council leadership structure and committee assignments for 2025. Kaylee Galloway elected Chair (6-1), Jon Scanlon elected Vice-Chair (6-1), and Todd Donovan appointed Executive Pro-Tempore (5-2). All five standing committees and 35+ advisory positions filled with balanced distribution of responsibilities.
