Rimland Drive Street Vacation Ordinance

Vacates 86,120 square feet of Rimland Drive, allowing it to become a privately-owned street maintained by Talbot. The city receives compensation through dedication and construction of 205,000 square feet of new right-of-way on St. Clair Street and rerouted Burns Street, exceeding the vacation area by 1.2 acres. Utility easements are retained to preserve the roadway function despite loss of public access easement.
