Water Service Agreement Outside City Limits

Authorized mayor to enter into water service agreement with property owners at 1606 Mt. Baker Highway to provide emergency retail water service due to well contamination from WSDOT bridge construction. Property owners responsible for all connection fees and costs. Committee recommended full Council approval.
