Community Tree Programs Pilot Results

Staff presented results from a one-year community tree programs pilot showing that community partnerships achieved 41% tree distribution in low-equity neighborhoods versus 7% for tree coupon programs. Council expressed support for continuing a modified program in 2025 while discussing equity and efficiency trade-offs.
