Residential Zoning Changes

Staff sought direction on minimum density thresholds for proposed Residential Low zone with options of 5,000 or 7,200 square foot minimums. Committee indicated support for smaller lot sizes to increase ownership opportunities but requested more analysis of setback requirements and building envelope effects on development.
