Water System Plan and Financial Presentation

Committee received presentation on water system plan and financial analysis, accepting staff recommendations to pursue Scenario 2 (phased approach) for both water and wastewater capital improvement programs. Rate implementation discussions were referred to Finance Committee for meetings on May 5 and June 9, 2025. Water System Plan agency review draft submitted to Department of Health for 90-day review.
