Post Point Nutrient Reduction Evaluation Update

Staff and Carollo Engineers presented an informational update on the nutrient reduction evaluation required by the 2022 Puget Sound Nutrient General Permit. The evaluation must establish preferred treatment alternatives by year-end to reduce nitrogen discharge into Bellingham Bay.
