Municipal Code Cleanup Ordinance

Council approved an ordinance repealing obsolete, preempted, or unconstitutional sections of city code, including chapters on defunct advisory boards, the juvenile curfew ordinance, and union neutrality requirements. The cleanup removes provisions that were never enforced or preempted by federal law.
