Real Housing Reform Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on public education and research around housing and land-use policy.
We provide accessible data, public records analysis, and educational resources that help residents, policymakers, and journalists make informed decisions about housing affordability and community development.

All contributions made to RHRI on or after our effective date are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Donor Deductibility
The IRS has confirmed that donors may deduct contributions to RHRI under Internal Revenue Code Sections 170, 2055, 2106, and 2522. Contributions may include:

• Bequests and wills
• Charitable trusts
• Stock or non-cash gifts
• Transfers and devises
