Utilities

The Utilities Element addresses water, sewer, stormwater, solid waste, power, and telecommunications infrastructure needed to support Marysville's projected growth to nearly 100,000 residents by 2044. It references companion functional plans including the Sewer Comprehensive Plan, Water Comprehensive Plan, and Surface Water Comprehensive Plan as the basis for infrastructure planning and capital investment.
